Attenuator used for safety improving and situated at the front of the car. In case of crush it must absorb some of the energy and reduce acceleration influenced on a racedriver. This year we use self-designed attenuator. Laboratory of passive safety of NAMI helped us to test it.
We proudly present our new partner — «Strazh-laser». Strazh-laser company uses modern Trumpf equipment for cross-section tubes laser treatment. BRT-1 tube prepating before welding was held on a milling-machine and took us a month. Thanks to the help of Strazh-laser company we significantly reduced tube-preparation time. Foк example it took us only 3 days to build front part of the frame for BRT-2.
